Week 31+32: Comp Novels Awards

Most Interesting Part of This Class: I think that the most interesting part of the class is the people because each person has their own personality and they work well together.
Most Boring/Useless Part of This Class: There are many things that were extremely boring in this class, but I do not have time to list them all. One thing is the stories were somewhat boring was the Catcher in the Rye Unit and the Spontaneous Speeches.
Hardest I Laughed in This Class: The hardest time I ever laughed was when Amy picked up a latex glove and started carrying it around. It was also the hardest time I cried because everyone was being a zero to Amy.
Favorite Memory from This Class: I think that it was making the film of Lord of the Flies High because we got to see the creative side of everyone as we worked through the project. In addition, everyone put in their input to make the film the best it could be.
Best Thing About Hudson as a Teacher: She makes learning fun and finds unique ways to incorporate learning into assignments. She also takes input from the class for different assignments like the movie making project. In addition, she remembers what it feels like to be a student in high schools and plans units and assignments accordingly
Thing Hudson Could do to Make This Class Better For Future Classes: I believe that this class was superb and I had a lot of fun; I am not sure I would change anything about the class.
Any Final Comments for Hudson: I think that you (Miss Hudson) are an excellent teacher and really are a fun person to be around, even though you are morbid and dislike country music.

Week 30: Senior Wills

I do not have that much to leave to the grades below me. I would first like to give my locker to the sixth person in the junior class. In addition, I would like to leave my love for country music to Miss Hudson because she needs to learn how to listen to real music (alternative music is not real music). I would also like to leave my remarkable movie making skills to Miss Hudson because she has not yet grasped the concept of the “breathtaking” factor and still needs to learn more about the movie making process.  However, one thing that I will not give up is my splendid acting skills and phenomenal country accent.

Week 29: Advice

As a senior, there is a lot of responsibility that falls into your hand. Mainly, you should be a good and intelligent acting role model for the classes below you, because they might look up to you for guidance and solutions to some of their problems. In addition, make the most of every moment with your classmates, because before you know it the school year is almost over and the real world is approaching at an alarming rate. Lastly, do not let Miss Hudson bring your good attitude down (she has been known to ruin the day with some of her assignments and comments that she assigns).

Week 28: Compliment

I am not one that receives many compliments, due to how most of them are implied and do not need to be said. In addition, I am not one that walks around with a notebook or legal pad to write down what is said to me and who has taken the top spot for the funniest or most weird compliment. I mean what kind of person would always write down what other people say. I will have to think about it a bit, it might take me awhile (insert Jeopardy music). Oh, I remember Miss Hudson does … all the time when something funny or weird is said.

Week 27: Scared

I am not sure what scared me as a child. I think that I had one main fear. As a child, I remember that I enjoyed eating cake and ice cream. I would eat it all the time, whenever we had it in the house, I would eat it. I was afraid that I would turn into a big cake (or piece of cake) or a hunk of ice cream, where I would melt if I went into the sun. People always kept saying that, “You are what you eat,” so it made me think that it could happen to me. It was not until years later that I figured out it was a figure of speech, and made me quit worrying so much. The truth is that none of this was true, expect for the fact that I like to eat cake and ice cream.

Week 26: Unlimited Time

Well there are many things that an individual can do without having to worry about time. I would start by going to Antarctica and taking some sculpture builders and carpenters to create a sculpture of me out of ice and to build me a nice vacation home for when it gets too hot at my regular home. Next, I would bring my sculpture builders to the United States to add me to Mount Rushmore. Then, I would travel to Germany to go racing on the Autobahn with my brand new car. After that, I would attend different country music concerts to enjoy some of the latest country artists performing at there very best. Lastly, I would like to invent something really creative to try and make a lot of money and to simplify lives throughout the world.

Week 25: Future Justin

If I met the future Justin Garber, I think that we would have a lot of interesting things to talk about. First off, I would ask him for his signature, to compare writing and proof that he actually existed. Next, I would get a picture with him to compare and to have as more evidence of his existence. Also, I would get the person to sign a statement verifying that future did in fact exist. Then, I would dress up like him or have him dress up like me to go around to different people to confuse them. Lastly, I would have a nice meal at a fancy restaurant (he will be paying) with him and discuss events that I should look out for, who I should avoid, and what I should do with the rest of our lives. P.S. I would believe him because I know how honest he is.
