One morning Bernardo woke up and he didn’t know what time it
was, so he looked at his clock, but it was blank. He hurried up and got ready
for work, but he couldn’t tell if he was going to be late. He got into his 2012
Ford F350 and noticed that there were not numbers on the speedometer. On his
way to work he drove what he thought would be a great speed, because he didn’t
know how fast he was going. He got to work and was supposed to perform a
presentation, but he was not sure when because he could not tell what time it
was. Bernardo looked outside so he thought that it was lunchtime, just because
the position of the sun. At the end of the day he got a paycheck that was just
a salary, instead of paid for hours. He left
his work and went out to eat with his family, but when he got there the
restaurant was already closed. Then he went home and went to bed, without
watching the news, because he did not know when it was on.
